How do I choose the right experience?

How long does each session take?
Whole-Body Cryotherapy: up to 10 minutes. Localized Cryotherapy: up to 15 minutes, based on the area and the time you choose. Red Light Therapy: 20 minutes. Lymphatic Drainage Suit: 40 minutes. Oxygen Capsule (HALSA): 1 hour. Cryo Glow Facial: 10 minutes.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown on the home page and the experience pages include 15% VAT. On the pricing page you’ll also see each price before VAT, the VAT amount and the total.
How do I book?
Book directly on our Fresha page and pick your experience and time, or message us on WhatsApp at +966 55 508 2562 and we will arrange it with you.
Are packages or gift cards available?
Yes — 10, 25 and 50-session packages subject to each package’s terms, plus gift cards on Fresha.
Where are you and when are you open?
King Abdulaziz Branch Rd, Abhur Al Janubiyah, Jeddah 23433. We are open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Fridays.
Whole-Body Cryo Session
How long is the session?
Up to 10 minutes, according to the session settings and the centre’s procedures.
How cold is the chamber?
Temperatures inside the cryotherapy chamber reach -110°C.
How much does it cost?
SAR 287.50 including VAT.
Red Light Session
How long is the session?
20 minutes.
Do I need to exert myself?
No. You lie inside the device and the gentle heat enhances comfort without physical exertion.
How much does it cost?
SAR 458.85 including VAT.
Body Lymphatic Compression Session
How long is the session?
40 minutes.
Are the settings tailored?
Yes. The team tailors the suit’s settings to each client after reviewing their basic information.
How much does it cost?
SAR 343.85 including VAT.
Oxygen Session — HALSA
How long is the session?
One hour (60 minutes).
How much oxygen is in the capsule?
The capsule provides 95% pure oxygen for the full hour.
How much does it cost?
SAR 458.85 including VAT.
Localized Cryo Session
How long is the session?
Up to 15 minutes, based on the area and the client’s selected time.
How is it different from Whole-Body Cryotherapy?
Localized cryotherapy directs cooled nitrogen at one area at temperatures reaching -160°C; the cryotherapy chamber cools the whole body at temperatures reaching -110°C.
How much does it cost?
SAR 228.85 including VAT.
Cryo Glow Facial
How long is the session?
10 minutes.
Is it done on the localized cryo device?
Yes, the session uses the same localized cryo device.
