A weekly wellness routine in Jeddah: how to plan your CRYO visits

Wellness is easier when it is a fixed part of your week rather than a decision you make from scratch each time. This guide helps you plan your CRYO Infinity Jeddah visits around your schedule.

Start with the time you have

Each experience has a clear duration, so choose what fits your day:

  • A short visit: Whole-Body Cryotherapy (up to 10 minutes), the Cryo Glow Facial (10 minutes) or Localized Cryotherapy (up to 15 minutes).
  • A medium visit: Red Light Therapy (20 minutes) or Body Lymphatic Compression (40 minutes).
  • A long visit: the HALSA Oxygen Session (60 minutes).

Pick your fixed days

The centre is open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Friday. Setting one or two fixed days a week makes booking easier and keeps your routine regular.

Mix your experiences

Not every visit has to be the same. You might start the week with a short, refreshing experience and keep another visit for a longer, calmer one. Our team will help you plan the sessions that suit you, following the centre’s procedures.

Save with packages

If you plan regular visits, packages lower the price per session:

  • 10 sessions: SAR 2,298.85 incl. VAT, valid for 2 months, saving up to SAR 2,289.65.
  • 25 sessions: SAR 5,472.85 incl. VAT, valid for 4 months, saving up to SAR 5,998.40.
  • 50 sessions: SAR 10,348.85 incl. VAT, valid for 6 months, saving up to SAR 12,593.65.

Packages work for any experience at the centre; the saving shown is the maximum, compared with booking Red Light or HALSA Oxygen sessions one by one.
